BEFORE YOU MESSAGE

Find your MMI version.

Open the red engineering menu and send us a photo of the version screen.

Open the red menu
Start from the MMI main menu. Push the left NAV/MAP switch up first, then hold the right MEDIA switch down as well. Hold both for 5 to 10 seconds until the red menu appears.
Show the version
Use the main rotary control to open Version information. Include the full MHI2Q_ or MHI2_ software identifier and the MU software version. The complete identifier is needed to check your system.
Send a clear photo
Photograph the whole version screen so every line is readable. Send it via Instagram or Reddit.
